Buyers appear to be frozen in jello.

We are in a strange market it appears.

After having worked the New Hampshire Real Estate market since March 2003, this is the 1st time I have experienced a mass of buyers that can’t make a decision.

I have closed a lot of homes this year but it appears there is a glut of indecisive buyers out there at this time.

I have talked to other Realtors and many of them are experiencing the same thing.

I am surmising that some of the excuses

for their hesitancy are the following reasons:

- The market hasn’t bottomed out yet

-The rates may drop

-I’ll wait till the price for this house drops

-I’ll wait till more houses come to the market

-I can’t get enough from the sale of my house to afford a purchase.
